Booking information

When you book a ticket we collect your name, email address and phone number so we can process your payment through PayFast and manage your booking. We do not store your card details — payment is handled entirely by PayFast.

Advertising measurement (Meta)

This site uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to measure how our ads perform. It records that you visited this site and when a booking is completed, so we can understand which adverts lead to bookings. This information is shared with Meta for measurement and ad optimisation purposes.

The pixel does not load for visitors in regions that require cookie consent (such as the EU and UK). You can opt out of Meta's ad personalisation at any time in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us via the details on our booking confirmation.
